Stella McCartney is a vegetarian brand that never uses leather, skin, fur or feathers. Their knitwear collections are made from re-engineered cashmere and they sustainably source their viscose in a way that helps to protect ancient forests and the species that live there. They use Fur-Free-Fur made from either acrylic, polyester, wool or mohair. Stella McCartney works to reduce the environmental impacts of their metal consumption by investing in low-impact, recycled or recyclable metals. By 2020, their goal is to stop using virgin nylon. To do this, they are switching all of their current nylon to ECONYL® regenerated nylon.
