For this talk we invited the Dr. Andrew Dent of Material ConneXion to tell us about the latest sustainable material innovations in fashion and food.

Dr. Andrew Dent

Dr. Andrew Dent is the Executive Vice President of Materials Research at Material ConneXion and Chief Material Scientist at Sandow. He has a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Material ConneXion he worked with Rolls Royce, the US Navy, NASA, and the Department of Defense.

Material ConneXion is a materials resource to the Fashion, Beauty and Food + Beverage industries as well as the Electronics, Travel, Media, Entertainment, Packaging, Retail, Architecture, Art + Design, Automotive and Aerospace industries. They have offices in New York, High Point, Bangkok, Bilbao, Daegu, Milan, Skövde, and Tokyo.
