Due to the nature of our small batch, preservative-free, handcrafted products, we do not currently accept returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and know you will, but if there is a problem, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will try to correct the problem as soon as possible.
For International Customers - Please be advised, all international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail International and could take up to 2 weeks or more after production. USPS First-Class International does NOT offer insurance or international tracking numbers (only trackable within U.S. until it exits the country), thus if the shipment is lost in transit we can NOT replace or reimburse. USPS Priority Mail International includes insurance and an international tracking number so if any problems arise we can replace or reimburse. In addition, please be aware of your country's possible customs/import taxes, theses fees are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not include a packing slip with shipments as we are a green brand and try to avoid excessive paper use - help us save our trees and the planet!
